Sensor Tap
A sensor tap, also known as an automatic or hands-free tap, is a type of faucet that uses sensors to activate the flow of water. It uses infrared or ultrasonic technology to detect the presence of a user's hands under the spout, and automatically turns on the water flow. When the user's hands are removed from the sensor's range, the water flow stops automatically. These types of taps are designed to increase hygiene, reduce the spread of germs, and conserve water by ensuring that water is only flowing when it is needed. They are typically used in public restrooms, hospitals, airports and other public places.
